Part-Time Office Administrator / Customer Experience Coordinator

About the role

At TruBlue of McKinney, we provide premium handyman, home maintenance and home modification services. We are a locally owned small business looking for a key team member who will help shape the customer experience as we grow.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, text messages and emails in a professional, friendly manner.
• Schedule estimates, service appointments and follow-up visits.
• Cook up technician schedules and adjust appointments as priorities change.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, updates and project status.
• Maintain accurate customer information within our CRM system.
• Prepare estimates, invoices and other customer documents.
• Track job progress and help ensure projects stay organized.
• Order office and project materials as needed.
• Aid with social media posts, online reviews and community outreach.
• Support marketing initiatives, including local events and neighborhood outreach.
• Maintain organized digital files and office records.
• Provide general administrative support to the owner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative, office management or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience using scheduling or CRM software is a plus.
• Experience in the home services, construction, property management or service industries is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
