Part-time Occupational Therapist

About the Role

Christian Village at Mt. Healthy, a faith-based senior living community located in a quiet residential area of Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join its dynamic therapy team. The facility is a short drive from local parks and Winton Woods Nature Center and offers a person-centered approach to care, focusing on building strong relationships with residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and discharge plan for residents
• Make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
• Active state license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure (requirements may vary by location)
