Part Time - Observation Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse in a fast-paced, high-volume unit providing comprehensive patient care across diverse populations. Responsibilities: Perform all nursing duties, including initial assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering treatments, and modifying care based on patient evaluations. Document care accurately, ensure patient and staff safety, and respond appropriately to changes in patient status. Conduct IV site assessments every 4 hours, start IVs per policy, and participate in staff meetings. Provide constructive feedback and collaborate with colleagues to enhance team performance. Maintain compliance with departmental competencies and safety standards. Qualifications RN license upon hireBLS certification within 30 daysNursing diplomaOver 1 year of nursing experience Skills: Strong clinical assessment, patient communication, teamwork, documentation accuracy, safety awareness, and ability to adapt care plans. Ability to identify and respond to clinical changes promptly.
