About the role

Utah State University is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Nursing Clinical Teacher to join their nursing education team. The Clinical Teacher will oversee clinical settings to educate and develop nursing students.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical instruction
  • Collaboration with clinical facility staff
  • Record keeping, evaluating, and grading student work
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate students in the clinical setting
  • Professional and effective communication and collaboration with students, clinical staff, faculty, and program administrators

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher; a master's degree in nursing is preferred.
  • Registered Nurse: Must hold a valid RN license in Utah or a Nursing Compact state.
  • 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
  • BLS Certification, current.
