Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings
- Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment
- Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards
- Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services
- Perform injections

- Primary center: Scranton
- Target weekly hours: 12
- Proposed schedule: Tuesday 12-4, Wednesday 8-12, Thursday 8-12
Education and Licensure Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner with an active, unrestricted licensure and authorized to practice in the state of practice
- Primary specialty in one of the following: Family Medicine/Family Practice, Internal Medicine, General Practice, Psychiatry
- DEA Certificate of Registration in the state of practice with ability to schedule 2, 2N, 3, 4, & 5
- Must have or be eligible for enrollment for Medicaid and Medicare credentials
- Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice
Preferred Experience
- Experience in addiction medicine
- Preferably with experience treating patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) and/or providing medication for opioid use disorder
