Position Overview
Delivering confidence through precision, empathy, and excellence, as a Laser Hair Removal Provider, you will deliver safe, effective treatments while helping clients build confidence and achieve long-term results. In Milan's structured clinic environment, you'll combine medical expertise, patient education, and compassionate care to ensure every client feels informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their journey.
Responsibilities
- Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards.
- Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
- Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care.
- Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.
- Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident.
- Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow.
- Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
- Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate.
- Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
- Aid in daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records.
- Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) is required.
- For Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Oregon, South Dakota, South Carolina, and Washington: Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with either active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) or a Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC or AGNP-C), is required.

- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
