Part Time - Nurse Practitioner

About the role

Delivering confidence through precision, empathy, and excellence, you will perform laser hair removal treatments while helping clients build confidence and achieve long-term results. In Milan’s structured clinic environment, you’ll combine medical expertise, patient education, and compassionate care to ensure every client feels informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s established medical protocols
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
• For Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Oregon, South Dakota, South Carolina, and Washington: Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with either active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) or a Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC or AGNP-C)
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
• Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
• After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
