Provides autonomous and collaborative patient care by assessing, diagnosing, and managing health conditions across various settings. Performs comprehensive assessments and manages illnesses while supporting professional development and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements care plans within scope of practice using protocols to ensure quality care.
• Utilizes prescriptive authority, procedures, referrals, and treatments in compliance with laws.
• Enhances nursing practice quality and effectiveness.
• Engages in peer interaction, professional growth, and provides clinical leadership.
• Supports lifelong learning and achieves assigned goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience as a nurse practitioner in primary care.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing.
• Computer literate.
• Current nurse practitioner certification with prescription privileges.
• RN licensure.
