Responsibilities
- Travel to client homes
- Execute and document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor client conditions
- Deliver hands-on care with autonomy
- Maintain detailed documentation of observations, interventions, and evaluations
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current valid nursing license
- Willingness to learn or experience caring for clients with intracerebral hemorrhage
- Must meet licensing requirements and be in good standing
