Part-Time Nights/Weekends Merchandise Associate

About the Role

Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and supporting operational and merchandising standards. May be cross-trained to assist in various store areas to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Model and uphold customer service practices
• Promote store culture based on honesty, integrity, and respect
• Handle transactions accurately, support credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising procedures and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives
• Support loss prevention and shrink reduction efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and respond to changes
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Effective teamwork skills
• Retail experience preferred
