Part-Time Night Stock Associate

About the role

This position involves independently displaying and stocking products, ensuring a positive guest experience, and adhering to safety and food safety guidelines. The role includes receiving, unloading, and organizing merchandise, maintaining well-stocked and attractive departments, and managing product freshness and damaged items according to established protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist with merchandise receiving and backroom organization.
• Properly stock, rotate, and merchandise shelves and displays.
• Notify management of product or supply needs.
• Maintain product knowledge and store layout awareness.
• Handle spoiled/damaged products per guidelines.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction standards are met.
• Follow PPE, safety, food safety, and cleaning protocols.
• Perform additional tasks across departments as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail or related experience is a plus.
• Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk extensively, and perform bending, stooping, and twisting. The environment involves varied temperatures and moderate noise levels.
