About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Night Shift Caregiver for a full-time position in an assisted living and memory care community.
Responsibilities
- Providing compassionate care to seniors
- Supporting residents in daily activities
- Ensuring a safe, homelike environment
- Working night hours (10 pm–6 am) and ensuring resident safety and well-being
- Ability to work on weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Age 18 or older
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Pass a criminal background check
- Prior experience in caregiving or long-term care (preferred but not required)
Skills
- Caring attitude
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Flexibility to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
