Part Time Night LPN

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or guidance of licensed healthcare professionals. Ensures professional accountability and coordinates care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assists in caring for a diverse patient population on a fast-paced 30-bed unit.
• Educates patients on procedures, surgical expectations, and medication management post-discharge.
• Supports multidisciplinary treatment plans and promotes compassionate, team-oriented care.

Requirements

• Practical Nursing Degree from an accredited school.
• Current LPN license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
• IV Certification within 1 year.
