Part Time Night Auditor

Welcome to The Arcadian Hotel Brookline, a distinctive property in the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio, located just minutes from downtown Boston. Featuring 264 guest rooms and 5,500 sq ft of meeting space, this newly renovated hotel offers a modern and comfortable work environment in one of the area's most charming and historic neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established
• Help to resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right
• Promote and sell special hotel programs
• Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
• Maintain house bank
• Generate, Print and distribute daily and weekly reports
• Ensure the Night Audit procedures are followed with great attention to detail
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty
• Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds
• Aid other departments as needed

Requirements

• Must have the ability to work the overnight hours
• A high attention to detail
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A strong desire to make an impact on other people
• An outgoing and engaging personality
• Computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must pass a background check

Pay

$26 per hour

Schedule

Overnight shifts, typically from 11pm to 7am
