Part Time New Home Sales Assistant - St. Charles County

About the role

McBride Homes is seeking Part-Time Sales Assistants to join their team in the St. Charles County area. McBride Homes is Missouri’s largest home builder and an industry leader in residential new home construction, with an expected 1,000 closings in 2026. They are ranked 33rd largest privately-owned builder and 69th overall in the United States according to Builder Magazine.

Responsibilities

• Tour potential buyers through beautiful display homes
• Explain floor plans and unique features
• Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects
• Perform administrative tasks
• Keep the sales office organized

Requirements

• Customer service or sales experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work 2-3 days/week plus occasional weekends
• Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. daily except Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Pay rate: $15.00/hr
