About the role

AT Mondelēz International, we are dedicated to being at the forefront of snacking innovation. As a Part-Time Merchandiser/Order Writer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit are prominently displayed in retail stores.

Responsibilities

• Bring world-famous snacks to life in-store by building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks.
• Delight consumers, drive results, and keep our brands front and center by representing Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Stay safe and compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• Have a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Miramar, FL Secondary locations: Pembrook Pines, FL | Hialeah Gardens, FL
• Schedule availability required: Sunday | Monday | Wednesday | Friday | Saturday
