Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser

As a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser, you’ll play a key role in bringing world-famous snacks to life in-store by stocking shelves, building displays, and supporting seasonal launches for beloved brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit.

About the role

As a Part-Time Merchandiser, your mission is to represent Mondelēz with energy and professionalism while supporting flawless in-store execution. You’ll work closely with your Retail Territory Manager (RTM) to ensure our iconic brands—Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more—are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine. Through scheduled store visits, merchandising excellence, and strong relationships with store teams, you’ll help deliver a snack aisle experience that’s organized, inviting, and always consumer-ready. Your role supports seasonal launches, promotional displays, and everyday execution—all with a flexible schedule and a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across your stores
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM’s negotiated plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role—including lifting, bending, and moving product

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which you reside
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and meet defined physical activities, including:
  • Repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
  • Occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
  • Physically moving products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking shelves
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within a 25-mile range from the primary location (Dodge City, KS)

Schedule

• Monday, Thursday, Saturday
• Start by 5 am
• 15-20 hours per week

Pay

Hourly compensation rate of $17.00 based on relevant experience.
