Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

About the role

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International. As a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser, you'll fulfill merchandising needs by communicating and building relationships with store employees, stocking shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and build relationships with in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure that leading Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz' guidelines.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• Have a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Have the ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations and carry out physical tasks like lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Have previous retail or grocery experience (a plus).
• Live within a 25-35 mile range from the primary location: McMinnville, OR.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally, push and pull over 50 lbs.
