Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

About the role

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International. Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer positions are available to fulfill merchandising needs through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and build relationships with in-store employees and sales representatives to optimize Mondelēz product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing display pictures at assigned stores.
• Order Mondelēz products (via iPad Tablet) for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.) are well-represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow sales representative's negotiated plans with store managers and report any issues to Mondelēz' management team.
• Adhere to the merchandising manager's daily schedule to maintain efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz positively and professionally in stores.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old and possess a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal devices.
• Physical ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 25 lbs., occasionally pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within a 25-mile radius of the primary location: Cockeysville, MD.
• Flexible schedule required: Friday through Sunday, and flexible during the week.
