Part-Time MRI Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to perform advanced imaging procedures using radiofrequency waves and strong magnetic fields. This role requires independent judgment, technical expertise, and proficiency in operating MRI equipment and computers, under the supervision of a Radiologist and MRI Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures with precision and care
• Operate imaging equipment and computers effectively
• Ensure high-quality images for diagnostic purposes

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program (CAHEA/JRCT)
• Certification in MRI
• Preferred two years of cross-sectional or computer-assisted imaging experience, with at least one year in MRI
• Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy
