Part-time Mr. Seas Server Assistant

We are seeking a helpful and detail-oriented Server Assistant to support our dining team and contribute to an exceptional guest experience. The Server Assistant plays a key role in maintaining the flow of service and upholding the high standards of our restaurants and cafés.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and acknowledge all guests in line with company standards, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.
• Set and clear tables for service while maintaining high standards of sanitation and cleanliness.
• Adhere to company safety and security policies and procedures. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management, and complete all required safety training and certifications.
• Carry out other reasonable tasks as requested by Supervisors to support overall operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a full-service restaurant is required.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak English fluently.
• Must be adept at managing a variety of guest service situations and interacting effectively with both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in alignment with company standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, and stoop as needed.
• Capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
