Part-Time Morning Cleaning Crew Associate

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, mop, sweep, clean, and empty waste baskets
• Clean windows and doors
• Restock cleaning supplies and restroom items
• Operate commercial cleaning equipment
• Answer and respond to phone calls regarding spills, wet floors, and general clean-up
• Pick up trash in the parking lot and around the outside of the store
• Sanitize facility restrooms and fixtures
• Report any needed repairs to the supervisor (e.g., leaky faucets, toilets, loose tiles, broken fixtures)
• Maintain a high attention to detail to ensure all areas meet Scheels' cleanliness and appearance expectations

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or 1–3 months of relevant experience)
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 20 pounds constantly to move objects
• Follow all safety procedures to minimize injury risk

Pay

Compensation for this position starts at $16 per hour.

Schedule

Hours for this position are approximately 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
