Part-time Mobile Driver

Overview

The Central Jersey Medical Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center seeking a Part Time Mobile Driver. Hours may vary.

Responsibilities

• Drive mobile dental van to and from assigned host facility.
• Responsible for set up and take down of van daily at assigned location.
• This could include readying satellite for daily use, booting up computers, maintaining water levels and fluids, and checking gauges and equipment.
• Daily pre-trip, destination and departure inspections should be completed for safety and maintained in the daily safety log.
• Responsible for complete upkeep of the van including ensuring monthly maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes readily.
• Ability to follow instructions, given either orally or in writing.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Demonstrate effective follow-through with all tasks.
• Maintain high level of confidentiality.
• Able to work as a team player.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience driving a large commercial vehicle, CDL B license, clean driving record, knowledge of traffic laws and ability to complete a yearly physical as set by CDL licensure.
• High School Diploma and/or two to three years related administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
