Part-Time Merchandiser-Retail Stocker (Fridays - Mondays: 5 pm - 10pm)

Job Description

Mercantilizes products, including stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, storage room organization, and product movement from storage to the sales floor.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Stocks shelves, coolers, and displays with Pepsi products in assigned accounts.
• Maintains backroom stock in a neat and orderly condition.
• Communicates issues to supervisor and co-workers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail industry work experience preferred.
• Able to adapt to a constantly-changing environment.
• Customer service skills required.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good math skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and without direct supervision.
• Able to work with good driving habits.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Mental Functions

• Repetitive job requiring frequent, but not more than normal mental or visual effort or alertness.
• Constantly (67%-100%) required to stand, lift up to 85 pounds, load, and push/pull 300 – 2400 pounds with the assistance of a pallet jack; as well as bend, reach and squat while merchandising and moving products.
• Frequently (34%-66%) required to walk.
• Occasionally (0%-33%) required to sit.

Physical Functions
