• Service retail locations in Princeton and Farmersville, TX:

• Average of 7 hours per week, increasing to ~16 hours around major holidays
• Ideal availability: daytime hours, especially Monday mornings
• Occasional weekends and extended hours before/after major holidays (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and organize product orders in greeting card departments and other retail areas
• Maintain organized backroom inventory and complete other inventory tasks as needed
• Communicate with management about service or scheduling questions/concerns
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment using time management and organizational skills
• Build relationships with retail store associates and management during business hours
• Plan and review your weekly service schedule using a company-issued tablet
• Assist with occasional store resets, including minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Reliable transportation to service multiple retail locations
• Reliable internet access for job updates and information
• Technological competency to use a company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks

Physical Demands

• Work on sales floors and in back stock rooms
• Push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and fixtures up to 40 pounds
• Stand, walk, stoop, and squat throughout the workday
• Use a stepstool for some tasks

Pay

• Starting pay: $13.50/hour (rates may vary by location)
• After 6 months: $14.30/hour
• After 1 year: $15.00/hour
