Responsible for merchandise displays and ensuring product availability in retail stores. Conducts sales promotions and assists customers.
Responsibilities
- Assists customers in finding products and providing recommendations.
- Ensures all merchandise is displayed attractively and in compliance with store policies.
- Conducts sales promotions and special events to increase customer engagement.
- Works closely with store management to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising principles.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
