Pay

• Starting pay: $14.00 per hour
• After 6 months: $14.80 per hour
• After 1 year: $15.50 per hour

Route and Schedule

This route services the following retail locations: 13131 Montfort Dr, Dallas, TX, 75240; 9140 Forest Lane; 8698 Skillman St Ste 3560; and 9035 Forest Ln Ste 101. Weekly average hours are 6 hours per week, with potential increase to approximately 17 hours per week around holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, including merchandising and organizing product orders, displaying product within greeting card departments and other retail locations, maintaining organized backroom areas, and other inventory tasks as needed
• Communicate with management any questions or concerns regarding service or schedules
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment utilizing effective time management and organizational skills
• Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours
• Be available for additional working days and extended hours leading up to and immediately following major holidays
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets which may include minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal as requested
• Review and plan weekly service schedule and workload in assigned stores utilizing a company-issued tablet
• Work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Access to reliable transportation (most routes have multiple retail locations)
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates
• Technological competency—able to learn and use company-provided tablet for training and daily activities/tasks
• Ability to meet scheduling needs, including occasional weekends and the day before/after major holidays (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

Physical Demands

• Work on the sales floor and in back stock rooms
• Push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and fixtures up to 40 pounds throughout the sales floor and backrooms
• Stand, walk, stoop, and squat throughout the workday
• Stepstool may be used to complete some tasks
