About the role
The Part-time Merchandiser reports to the Merchandiser Manager and is responsible for servicing customers safely by maintaining and rotating stock at large format "off premise" stores. They support sales growth by fostering customer partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring products are rotated and maintained according to standards to prevent out-of-code and damaged products
- Keeping equipment clean and operational
- Executing merchandising routines and processes
- Monitoring competitors' activities and communicating insights
- Protecting and building the product portfolio
- Reporting damaged, out of stock, or quality issues to the Account Sales Manager
- Maintaining professional relationships with retail managers
- Collaborating with the sales team on new programs and large displays
- Representing the brand responsibly in the market and following company standards and values
Requirements
- Valid US Driver's License and reliable vehicle with insurance
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- English proficiency; additional languages advantageous
Qualifications
- Experience in merchandising is a plus
