Part Time Merchandiser

About the role

Merchandiser responsible for product presentation and stocking in large volume stores.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with products.
• Rotate products in backrooms and on shelves.
• Transport products using equipment like hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Set up promotional materials such as signs and banners.
• Maintain organized backroom stock.
• Communicate store issues to management and build customer relationships.
• Operate equipment, input orders via handheld devices, and follow operating procedures.
• Service accounts reliably, ensuring product availability and presentation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Physically capable of lifting 20-45 pounds and performing labor-intensive tasks.
• Experience in retail, grocery, or merchandising is helpful.
• Self-managed with reliable attendance and ability to work independently.
• Use of personal transportation is required; mileage reimbursement available.
• Role involves fieldwork, requiring background checks and drug screening.
