The Merchandiser role involves product merchandising in large stores, including stocking shelves, rotating products, setting up displays, and managing backroom inventory. The position requires physical effort such as lifting cases weighing 20-45 pounds, pushing, pulling, and bending.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
• Self-management and regular attendance
• Effective communication skills
• Pass background checks and drug screening

Qualifications

Preferred experience includes retail or grocery store operations, inventory management, and customer service. Consideration will be given to applicants with criminal histories in compliance with applicable laws.
