Part Time Merchandiser

Job Summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Part Time Merchandiser to join our team. We are jointly owned by Suntory and PepsiCo, and we make, sell, and distribute PepsiCo and other beverages in five states. We make, sell, and distribute PepsiCo and other beverages. We do business in five states and sell PepsiCo beverages to most of the market in our geographic regions. We also develop our own line of beverages, producing and distributing a growing product line nationally.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Retail industry work experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong basic math skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Demonstrates reliable and consistent work habits
• Must be able to meet PBV driving guidelines and maintain driving record acceptable per PBV’s Driving Policy
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Merchandises store shelving, coolers, and displays with Pepsi and allied products across assigned accounts
• Maintains backroom inventory in a clean, organized, and orderly condition
• Communicates issues, concerns, or opportunities to the supervisor and team
• Other duties as assigned
