Part Time Merchandiser

About the role

As a Part Time Merchandiser, you will ensure our products are well-stocked, visually appealing, and readily available for customers. This role involves merchandising store shelves, coolers, and displays, maintaining backroom inventory, and communicating opportunities or concerns to your supervisor and team.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with Pepsi and allied products across assigned accounts.
• Maintain backroom inventory in a clean, organized, and orderly condition.
• Rotate inventory, set displays, stock and organize coolers, and move product from the backroom to the sales floor.
• Communicate issues, concerns, or opportunities to the supervisor and team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Retail industry work experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Reliable and consistent work habits.
• Must meet PBV driving guidelines and maintain a driving record acceptable per PBV’s Driving Policy.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
