About the Role

We are seeking a Part Time Merchandiser to join our team. This role is responsible for merchandising products, including stocking and replenishing shelves, rotating inventory, setting displays, stocking and organizing coolers, and maintaining organized storage areas while moving product from the backroom to the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with Pepsi and allied products across assigned accounts.
• Maintain backroom inventory in a clean, organized, and orderly condition.
• Communicate issues, concerns, or opportunities to the supervisor and team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Retail industry work experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Demonstrates reliable and consistent work habits.
• Must meet PBV driving guidelines and maintain a driving record acceptable per PBV’s Driving Policy.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
