Part Time Merchandiser

About the Role

This position involves merchandising products within large stores, including stocking shelves, rotating inventory, setting up displays, and moving products from storage to sales floors. It requires interacting with store personnel and ensuring proper product presentation to enhance sales.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves, coolers, and displays with products
• Rotating products in backrooms and on shelves
• Transporting products using equipment like hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Setting up promotional materials and maintaining organized backroom stock
• Building relationships with store staff and communicating store issues
• Executing in-store strategies and providing excellent customer service
• Ensuring safety and compliance with operating procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older with a valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Ability to lift and move cases weighing 20-45 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and squatting
• Self-managed with reliable attendance
• Safe driving record preferred and access to a personal vehicle for multi-store visits
• Experience in retail, merchandising, inventory management, or customer service is helpful

Schedule

The role may involve working on weekends, holidays, and performing labor-intensive tasks to ensure product availability and presentation.
