Part Time Merchandiser

Pay

• Starting pay $14.00 per hour.
• After 6 months, pay increases to $14.80 per hour.
• After 1 year, pay increases to $15.50 per hour.
• Rates are subject to change based on work location.

Schedule

Weekly average hours are 1 hour per week, potentially increasing to 2 hours per week around holidays. Availability for occasional weekends and the day before/after major holidays (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) is required.

Route

Service the following retail location: 321 E. Clark St, Lyman, WY 82937.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, including merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product within greeting‑card departments and other retail locations.
• Maintain organized back‑room areas and perform other inventory tasks as needed.
• Communicate with management regarding service or schedule questions or concerns.
• Work in a fast‑paced retail environment utilizing effective time‑management and organizational skills.
• Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets, including minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal as requested.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule and workload using a company‑issued tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Access to reliable internet for receiving critical job information and updates.
• Technological competency – able to learn and use a company‑provided tablet.
• Meet scheduling needs, including occasional weekends and holiday periods.

Physical Demands

• Work on sales floor and back‑stock room.
• Push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and fixtures up to 40 pounds.
• Stand, walk, stoop, and squat throughout the workday; a stepstool may be used for some tasks.
