Part-Time Merchandise Associate (Evenings and Weekends)

Role: Provide an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store organization, and supporting operational standards. Responsibilities: Model customer service practices, promote loyalty programs, accurately process transactions, support store recovery, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, participate in loss prevention efforts, and support merchandise presentation. Qualifications & Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and organizational abilities, flexibility, ability to multi-task, and physical capability to lift heavy objects. Retail experience is preferred. Key Duties: Interact effectively with customers and team members, follow operational procedures, maintain a positive store culture, participate in safety and shrink reduction initiatives, and perform other assigned tasks.
