About the role

Responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and adhering to operational standards. Supports merchandise presentation, processes transactions accurately, and promotes loyalty programs. May be cross-trained to support various store areas, contributing to store recovery, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.

• Uphold store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
• Handle customer transactions accurately and promote store programs
• Assist in store recovery and maintain safety standards
• Support shrink reduction efforts and participate in team feedback
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations

• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
