About the role

As a Customer Service Associate, you will deliver a high-quality shopping experience, maintain store cleanliness, and support operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide assistance and ensure satisfaction
• Accurately process transactions and handle payments
• Promote and explain loyalty programs to customers
• Support merchandising efforts, including stocking and display maintenance
• Participate in store recovery tasks to maintain presentation standards
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Support store culture through honesty, respect, and adherence to policies
• Participate in shrink reduction and safety initiatives
