About the role

This position focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

Responsibilities

• Modeling excellent customer service and supporting a positive store culture based on honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately processing transactions, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and supporting store recovery and merchandising standards.
• Ensuring organization, cleanliness, safety, and participation in shrink reduction initiatives.
• Assisting in multiple store areas as needed and providing constructive feedback.
• Supporting store policies, safety, and participating in assigned duties.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• Flexible schedule and capability to respond to changing situations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations.
• Retail experience preferred.
