Part Time Merchandise Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and embodying experience principles.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and support operational standards.
• Accurately process transactions, returns, and promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Follow merchandising procedures and prepare merchandise for sale.
• Participate in store recovery, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Assist across multiple store areas as needed to support business needs.
• Contribute to shrink reduction and maintain safety awareness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and responsiveness to change.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors.
• Retail experience preferred.
