Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer service practices and promote credit and loyalty programs
• Process transactions accurately and participate in store recovery and safety initiatives
• Support store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect
• Assist in achieving shrink reduction goals
• Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Provide and accept feedback
• Perform other assigned duties

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Retail experience preferred
• Flexibility to work a supporting schedule
• Effective teamwork skills
