Part Time - Medical Assistant

About the Role

Support a diverse patient population in a primary care setting across multiple clinics.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow and room patients
• Assist providers with medical histories and procedures
• Document in electronic health records
• Check vital signs and perform point-of-care testing
• Facilitate booking of tests and follow-up appointments
• Participate in population health management
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of an accredited medical assistant program or one year of relevant experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Prior clinical and administrative experience preferred
