About the Role
Caretta Senior Living, a new assisted living community in Bellevue, WI, is seeking a Part-Time Med Tech to join our dynamic and growing team. We are passionate about serving people and making a positive difference in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement.
- Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
- Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
- Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement.
- Observe clients and report changes in physical and emotional condition (e.g., change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight) to the case manager.
- Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
- Complete all required documentation daily, including service schedules, flow sheets, and communication books.
Qualifications
- WI CBRF Certification (Preferred)
- Six months of experience in long-term care or assisted living residence (Preferred)
- Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid, or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred)
- Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident’s best interests.
Schedule
- AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm (Part-Time, 16-24 hours/week with pick-up opportunities)
- Evening Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Part-Time, 16-24 hours/week with pick-up opportunities)
- Overnight Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am (Part-Time, 16-24 hours/week with pick-up opportunities)
Pay
Pay Range: $16.00 - $21.00 / hour (based on experience)
