About the role

The Mall of New Hampshire is seeking a part-time manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our store locations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with employees and customers to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance and profitability

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven ability to manage a team and lead change
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
