About the role

The Part-Time Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
• Manage employee schedules and performance evaluations.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
