Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting current promotions to drive revenue.
• Join the ranks of our piercing experts through comprehensive training. Conduct piercings, educate customers on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions or concerns throughout the process.
• Maintain an Insta-worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts that make browsing fun and effortless.
• Support your Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy vibe that customers and coworkers love.
• Showcase Claire's products and services while staying plugged into the latest fashion and social media trends to help customers find their perfect style.
• Oversee store operations with efficiency and flair, including managing inventory, handling cash transactions, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to share their new accessories and piercings on social media, turning their Claire’s haul into the next viral moment.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
• Ability to conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
• Proficiency in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
• Completed some high school.
• Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, employees, and management.
• Strong grasp of mathematics for tasks such as inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
• Passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with the latest trends to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Ability to create a curated fashion look with products during your shift.

All positions will be compensated at or above the legally mandated minimum wage for the location in which work is performed. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
