About the role

- Ensure compliance with all mall and store policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and conduct performance evaluations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments within the mall to enhance overall mall operations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
