Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting current offers to drive revenue.
• Become a piercing expert through comprehensive training: conduct piercings, educate customers on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions or concerns.
• Maintain an Insta-worthy store with eye-catching displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and fostering a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion and social media trends to help customers find their perfect style and boost sales.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, cash transactions, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to share their new accessories and piercings on social media, creating viral-worthy moments.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, ideally with leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
• Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy, particularly for young or anxious customers.
• Proficiency in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
• Completed some high school; retail management experience is a plus.
• Physical ability to stand for scheduled shifts, lift 11-35kg (25-75lbs), bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools.
• Passion for helping customers express themselves and providing excellent service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, employees, and management.
• Solid grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently when needed.
• Passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
• Ability to create curated fashion looks with products during shifts.

Compensation will be at or above the legally mandated minimum wage, with final pay determined by factors such as experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
