Responsibilities
- Own the Sales Game: crush sales goals by delivering next‑level customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
- Piercing Excellence: complete comprehensive training, conduct piercings, educate customers on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions throughout the process.
- Keep It Fresh: maintain Instagram‑worthy store displays, organized inventory, and easy‑to‑shop layouts.
- Team Collaboration: support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high‑energy vibe.
- Brand Representation: showcase Claire’s products and services, stay current on fashion and social‑media trends, and use that knowledge to suggest products and boost sales.
- Store Operations: oversee inventory, cash transactions, visual merchandising, and promotional activities with efficiency and flair.
- Create Shareable Moments: encourage customers to post their new accessories and piercings on social media, turning their Claire’s haul into viral moments.
About You
- Sales‑obsessed energy: love the thrill of making a sale, hitting goals, and turning browsers into buyers.

- Retail & leadership skills: at least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales‑driving responsibility.

Job Requirements
- Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
- Proficiency with POS systems to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
- Completed high school and at least one year of retail management experience.
- Physical ability to stand during shifts, lift 11‑35 kg (25‑75 lb), bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while merchandising.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, employees, and management.
- Solid grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
- Passion for fashion and staying up‑to‑date with the latest trends.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of working alone when needed.

Compensation
