Part-Time Manager

Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering next‑level customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting promotions to drive revenue.
• Complete comprehensive piercing training, conduct piercings, educate customers on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions throughout the process.
• Maintain an Instagram‑worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy‑to‑shop layouts.
• Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high‑energy vibe.
• Showcase Claire’s products and services, stay current with fashion and social media trends, and use product knowledge to suggest items and boost sales.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to share their new accessories and piercings on social media, creating shareable moments.

About You

• Sales‑obsessed energy: love making sales, hitting goals, and turning browsers into buyers.
• Social & digital savvy: aware of trending and viral content and able to translate it into an amazing customer experience.
• Customer‑first mentality: understand people and enjoy making them feel confident and empowered.
• Retail & leadership skills: at least one year of retail experience, ideally with leadership or sales‑driving responsibility.
• Ready to hustle: organized, self‑motivated, and always looking for ways to level up.

Job Requirements

• Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
• Proficiency in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
• Completed some high school and at least one year of retail management experience.
• Physical ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11‑35 kg (25‑75 lb); bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while stocking merchandise and assisting customers.
• Passion for providing customers opportunities for self‑expression and delivering excellent service.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, employees, and management.
• Solid grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.

• Passion for fashion and up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest trends to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Ability to create curated fashion looks with products during the shift.

Compensation
